I am looking for an incredible accompanist to accompany the choirs at Valley Christian High School.

It is a part time position with the choirs and then the other part of the time the person could choose to have a private piano studio. It is competitive pay. The applicant should have a minimum of a bachelor's degree or equal experience in a variety of musical genres. The choir is performing at a royal ball in Poland next year. I am not joking. This person needs to be excellent at playing the piano, willing to travel, love teenagers and love Jesus.

For more information, call (480) 227-7434 or submit resume to: mes139@hotmail.com.

Outreach Committee

PMTA is a great organization made up of dedicated and talented music teachers. We must constantly be seeking ways we can make the Phoenix Music Teacher’s Association known to the general public.

All of our members are encouraged to be a representative of PMTA and distribute brochures and business cards when the opportunity arises in their professional dealings with music stores, organizations, and businesses. Our web site promotes PMTA to the community and is especially used by the growing technology generation. The Teacher Referral Service on our web site helps not only our community, but our teachers. If you have any further suggestions for ways to improve PMTA’s visibility or if you need some brochures/business cards, please contact the Outreach Chair, Mary Jo Becker.

In order to share our love of music with our communities, they must know we are here.
