The purpose of Sharing Plus is to provide teachers with the opportunity to discuss various areas of teaching in an informal setting. Discussion of problems and possible solutions has proven helpful to both beginning and veteran teachers. We welcome all to exchange ideas related to teaching in all music areas.

The purpose of Performance Plus is to provide teachers the opportunity to perform in a relaxed, enjoyable and non-judgmental atmosphere. This is an opportunity for teachers to maintain their performance skills and to hear and play old and new repertoire.
- Any member of PMTA can come to listen and/or perform with or without music.
- Music performed can be at any level, including student literature and teaching pieces.
- Duets and duo piano, vocal and other instruments are encouraged.
