Teacher Referral Service Registration
All teachers wanting student referrals will be listed on the web site, and can be found either alphabetically on the Master List or geographically via the multi-colored map of the Phoenix metro area. There is also a listing of teachers by instrument. By clicking on a teacher’s link, visitors are taken to that teacher’s page, showing contact and studio information. Teachers have the option of listing their contact information or having the referral service number and email listed instead. Teachers may also include a maximum 500-word description of studio information, such as biography, preferred ages/levels, references, lesson formats and fees, and a photo.

The annual fee for this service is $15, which is used for the phone line, a DEX Directory listing, and online advertising that specifically targets parents searching for music lessons. Your PMTA membership must be current to be listed on the website. Teachers joining between Mar. 1 and June 1 pay a prorated fee of $7; teachers joining after June 1 are current through the following year. All listings must be renewed before October 1st to remain on the website. To join or renew, download and print the Teacher Referral Registration page from the Yearbook and fill out the form. Instructions are included. You may also register or renew online by filling out the form below and submitting it. If you'd like a photo posted on your page, e-mail your JPG-format photo to Peggy Rostron.
